Best Breakfast Sandwich with EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto

INGREDIENTS

  • EIEIO’S Cilantro Pecan Pesto

  • Toast

  • EIEIO Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta(or just a thin slice of tomato)

  • 2 Fried Eggs

  • Avocado (& Tomato slices)

  • Feta cheese crumbles

  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper


DIRECTIONS

  • Spread EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto on slice of bread(thicker the better) and pop in toaster oven for 2-2 1/2 mins

  • Add avocado slices on top

  • Fry 2 eggs and place on top of avocado

  • Place EIEIO Tomato Bruschetta or sliced tomato then sprinkle salt, pepper and Feta cheese on top! OH YEAH BABY!!! Submitted by our adorable friend Andrea HD!
