INGREDIENTS
EIEIO’S Cilantro Pecan Pesto
Toast
EIEIO Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta(or just a thin slice of tomato)
2 Fried Eggs
Avocado (& Tomato slices)
Feta cheese crumbles
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Spread EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto on slice of bread(thicker the better) and pop in toaster oven for 2-2 1/2 mins
Add avocado slices on top
Fry 2 eggs and place on top of avocado
