Pesto Pasta at it’s finest! Cook pasta, drain water, add heaping tblsp of EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto, little salt n peppa & big dash of Parmesan cheese! I added roasted pecan bits and for some reason a garnish of fresh basil i had sitting around!
